Xigbar's past is slightly different from everyone else's. Unlike everyone else, Xigbar remembers exactly what happened in his life of Braig, thus being the only one knowing about the Keyblade wielders of Brith By Sleep. Since he's the only person of the Organization to have physically met Ven Terra and Aqua and still remembered them, he liked to sprinkle his knowledge of the topic througout the course of the game, commenting on Sora being less than worthy of being a Keyblade wielder, and how he resembles Roxas but in turn, Ven.

Xigbar has also been known to get into a lot of mischief, spying on everyone's conversations, getting scoops, and trying to find the truth behind everyone's past.

 

So, Xigbar is wielder of space. He can manipulate it to his will, walking in thin air upside-down, fire gravity-defying lasers, and transforming the battlefields into various shapes and sizes. Xigbar is also the most unique of the Organization members, having suffered extensive injuries in the past thanks to Terra and Master Xehanort. He has an eepatch over his right eye and a big scar on the left side of his face.
