The Summary of Kingdom Hearts 2

CREDIT TO THE FOLLOWING IS TOWARDS KHINSIDER.COM

One stormy night, a terrible darkness invaded the Destiny Islands, transporting Sora to another world far away from his friends. There, in Traverse Town, he met Donald and Goofy, who told him of a mysterious threat on many worlds. The three of them set off on a journey to find their missing king and Sora's friends. Their adventure led them to meet new people, overcome great ordeals, and finally to reunite with the ones they had been searching for.

But, in order for them to save the worlds, a special door would have to be locked, once again separating Sora, Donald, and Goofy from their friends. Once the door was closed, it was very likely they would never see each other again...

Sensing Sora's hesitation, the King said: "Don't worry. There will always be a door to the light." Thus the three heroes departed on yet another journey.
Time passes quickly...

In their search for the door to the light, Sora, Donald, and Goofy meet many new people and reunite with old friends. But theirs is a perilous path, fraught with enemies that attack them relentlessly. Heartless, Nobodies, and Organization XIII...

Each group has its own agenda. What will remain for Sora and his friends after they've all had their say?

The group of Organization XIII is after Kingdom Hearts, the reason for this is because they want to be whole, as Sora continues his last journey with his friends, the Organization is making a comeback as they are so very close until Kingdom Hearts is complete.

As Sora is half way into his journey, Organizations number 7, Saix throws Sora into confusion, making him think that all of this is his fault. Tha organization set Sora up so they can retrive Kingdom Hearts, but little as they know Sora is slowly advancing towards their Castle. Will Sora defeat the Organization?

Organizations number XIII is Roxas, Sora's Nobody after he lost his heart in Hollow Bastion, is also a keyblade weilder, he must get to Sora as he is sleeping in the pod to awaken him. Later Sora and Roxas will have a grand face-off. After Roxas finally completely fuses with Sora, and Sora becomes fully whole.

Riku is the only one not in a pod, His mission by the king is to bring Roxas to Sora to waken him up.

Kingdom Hearts 2 is rated the best Kingdom Hearts game there is so don't miss out on it.

OUR SPECULATION

Throughout KH2, there are a number of different obstacles Sora has to overcome, many of them planted by Organization XIII. Now, what Sora doesn't realize is that he's been played this entire time, his whole adventure to save the worlds and stop the bad guys has only made the bad guys stronger, and his interference unknowingly has foiled much of their plans.

As seen in KH 358/2 Days, Xion was a character who was Sora's memories of Kairi made solid. This was the main reason why it has been a whole year for Sora to awaken. Now, helping Sora awaken and tricking Roxas and Xion to return to Sora, (Roxas returning because he holds half of Sora's power within him) is Naminé and DiZ, who is also known as Ansem the Wise.

First off, Naminé is Kairi's Nobody, but like Roxas is an exception, behaving differently from other Nobodies because of how she was born. She can tamper with other people's memories as long as they have a tie with Sora. This is specially important because Sora's heart is also unique, being able to make strong bonds with many more than the average heart is capabale of, so Naminé can pretty much tamper with anyone's memory if she wishes to.

Ansem the Wise is truly an amazing character, creating a huge master plan to prevent his former apprentices from discovering how to get their hearts back and to ultimately destroy them. He has done many risky, selfish, and inconsiderate things to Sora and Roxas, and in the end apologizes for his actions. However, what exactly did he do? Well, he pitted Sora against the Organization, first convincing the King that they were evil, then in turn having him convince Sora of the same thing. Meanwhile, Organization XIII is releasing Heartless in different worlds so when Sora defeats them, they get even more hearts for Kingdom Hearts which will eventually give them hearts.

Ansem the Wise in the beginning had a group of apprentices who were experimenting with different aspects of energy and life and most importantly the experiments of the heart. Ansem the Wise, sensing danger to come, banned the project and ordered them all to dispose of their findings. What he didn't notice until it was too late was that his apprentices continued their studies into the darkness of the heart, which curiously led them to the door of the world. Upon opening the door and exposing the heart's energy, the protective wall around their world shattered, showering the land with Gummi blocks. His new Heartless apprentice who took his name, Ansem, Seeker of Darkness, turned on him, banishing him to the Realm of Darkness where he was left to die.

Now, he seeks his revenge and he used Sora to wipe out each of the members of Organization XIII one at a time, however he did not trick Riku, in fact he helped RIku if anything, for letting him figure out how to control the darkness in Castle Oblivion. Riku killed off members purely out of hate of their guts.

Now, Sora and his friends finally confronted Xemnas, the Nobody of Ansem the Wise's first apprentice Xehanort. In the end they managed to destroy him with the power of light and darkness combined, using Sora's and Riku's energy to do so. Sora and Riku eventually beat him but not fast enough because before dying, Xemnas used the last of his strength to summon as many Dusks as possible. Riku took care of them with what was mainly a suicide attack, and they all disappeared as Riku lost his strength. He survived, but only barely.

Upon finding a rift in the world of Nothingness, they managed to find their way into the Dark World, the world one section away from the Realm of Darkness. They figured its okay as long as they're friends, because friendship can withsstand anything. Then, Kairi's note that she sent at the beginning, attracted to the forces of Sora's heart, found its way into the Dark World, following Sora's will to return to Kairi. Upon seeing the strength of Sora's bond with Kairi, another rift opened up, this time, the door to the light. Sora and RIku step through and are transported back to Destiny Islands where Donald, Goofy, the King and Kairi await their return. They live happily ever after from this moment onwards. At least until...

...the King sends them a message, undoubtly explaining a new force that has yet to be settled that has coma back to threaten the worlds once more.

We can see throughout KH2 how Axel's mood to Sora has significantly altered since their last meeting at Castle Oblivion. Axel, wishing to get his old friend Roxas back, wishes nothing more than to destroy Sora and get Roxas back. But his friendship with Roxas and their understanding proves stronger for Axel tries desperately for another approach to get his friend back, or atleast make Sora his new friend. Axel fights alongside Sora in Betwixt and Between and commits a suicide attack to rid of all enemies that attempted to destroy them. Axel's intentions were purely so Sora could get into Organization XIII's stronghold and destroy them, for taking his best friend away from him.

Furthermore, many mysteries arise in KH2, but also in Final Mix, those involving connections to KH BbS. Xemnas is searching desperately for the Room of Awakening, the same one he was searching for during all of Days. Why? Well, he discovered by making the Room of Sleep, a room hidden underneath the castle in Radiant Garden, which holds the arnour of Aqua, who he consider an old friend, Could this mean Xemnas was originally in the past Master Xehanort? Then, he searches and finds a portal within Disney Castle that gives open passage to Terra's armour, which acts and moves only because of his lingering spirit, for the armour is truly empty. This leaves Ven's armour. The Room of Awakening, which he has been searching for.

Both are together in one place. He thinks in Castle Oblivion because of the number of mysteries it had in the past. However, this proves him otherwise as the many searches for a year have come up with nothing, and with nothing to give him a hint, he is left with no other possible locations. His reasons for wanting the armours is unknown, however it might be to reawaken their spirits for unfinished business with them.

Now, our thoughts are, that given Roxas's identical form to Ven and Sora's unnaturally powerful heart, The Room of Awakening is really within Sora's heart. Sora himself is the room. Ven's armour his spirit his heart are all in there, and when Sora's heart was released, Ven's was released along with it, but returned when Sora's returned. This is why Roxas took the form of Ven, not Sora. It all fits together. That's why Xemnas could never find the room, because it was trying to destroy him!

These points among many others are big answers to questions the KH series has to offer. Hopefully your questions were answered. If not, ask us and we'll clarify for you!
